    Electron beam melting(EBM)technology is a new rapid forming technology,it can precisely and rapidly prepare various desired medical implants according to the needs of different patients.Compared with other rapid formiing technologies and materials,its advantages lie in higher manufacturing accuracy and higher implant strength,thanks to the above advantages,the research on the use of EBM technology to produce titanium alloy orthopedic implants has drawn more attention in recent years,especially in the field of bone tissue engineering and implant.This paper mainly introduces the progress of the application research on EBM technology in bone tissue engineering and orthopedic implants aspects and prospects its application.
