Never let yourself be overwhelmed by stress
We know,in our life ,there are a large number of stress whitch comes from here and there ,for example ,the work,the study ,the family,the friend,and so on.In stand ,we work hard more and more ,
we study hard more and more,but,the reasons are not very well for
ourself,and then,we feel too tired to lost heart.Also ,we cannot believe ourselves,and begin to do something ,for example ,drinking at darknight.say to ourself "Why !why?!What should I do !What shoud I do !"
"WHAT SHOUD WE DO?" when we can't change something,the world,we can change ourselves,we can have a good time,why not?!When we work ,we can congratulation to ourselves,every day ,we can do someintresting,
do some games,sing songs ,do thosethings,not for anyone,just only for ourselves.
NOW,we can say "ENJOY OURSELVES!"
