In my heart I hope that my boss could be a learned person and he or she would be specific in a very field so that I would learn something rather than simply do repeative job day after day.He or she should be competitive in his or her work both in academic and finance so that I could have more chance to do my favourate job to keep myself from being just a money-making machine for the company.The most important is,he or she must have a glorious personality and dare to stick on the truth than to sycophant when face with power.To make it better,he'd better be understand use of people.
