Based on the previous research [2] on static situation,
we discuss the dynamic situation.We propose an incentive
mechanism to reduce the damage of free-riders as well as
provide better QoS to users with significant contribution.
The remainder of the paper is organized as follow.
In section II,we introduce related work of the static
situation.In section III,we describe the dynamic model
and analyze it.In section IV,we describe a new incentive

mechanism for the tree-based streaming service.In section
V,we show the stimulations and discuss the results.
