I think I shoud do following things to let it be more successful
The first step is to improve the technological level,it helps for our company's progress.Second,brand is important for a company ,so i
will do business honestly to set our brand,which can earn more and more costomer to buy our product .Besides,it is necessary to treat my staffs like my family members,it will make our company become more united.At last i guess i aready have enough strengh to sat branch comanys to help me earn benefit.
It's my ideal company.Maybe i'm far away from the dream now,but i believe that as long as i work hard and do my best ,I will achieve my dream someday.
