Yesterday was my birthday,so some of my classmates sent me presents.Mother prepared a tea party for me.I invited all of them to come and take part in it.
The tea party began at half past six.There were cold drinks and refreshments.We ate,talked and laughed.We felt that we were the happiest men in the world.
Time passed quickly.In a twinkling,the clock on the wall struck nine.We could not but say “Good-bye” to one another.

I had a good time in Beijing on my vacation .On the first day,it was sunny.We went to Tian’an Men Square .It was very large and beautiful .I really enjoyed it .Then we went to the Palace Museum .It was very great .On the second day,it was cool .We visited a Beijing Hutong .There were many people there.The people there were very friendly .We did some shopping and had Chinese food for dinner .It was delicious .On the third day ,it was sunny and hot ,so we went to the Great Wall .We had great fun playing there and took many photos .
My Weekend
I had a busy weekend .On Saturday morning ,I did some reading .Then in the afternoon ,I went to the library .I read a book about math .On Saturday night ,I helped my mom make dinner .We had beef and cabbage dumplings for dinner .They were very delicious .On Sunday morning ,I visited my aunt .Then in the afternoon ,I did some shopping .The shops were too crowded .I didn’t really enjoy it .On Sunday night ,I watched TV .I saw an interesting talk show .

I have too many rules in my house .I have to get up at six in the morning every day .I can’t meet my friends after school because I have to do my homework .I can’t watch TV on school nights .And I have to be in bed by ten o’clock .On weekends ,I have to clean my room and wash my clothes .Then I have to help my mom make dinner .Later I have to go to the Children’s Palace to learn the paino .I never have any fun .What can I do
