With the development of the retail market,the rapid expansion of small supermarket,the supermarket chain in the increasingly fierce competition,in order to seek development,increase profitability,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,more and more attention to the inventory management.Among them,the inventory control is one of the more important aspects,control inventory,promoted the supermarket management,the optimal inventory levels can reduce inventory occupation of enterprise funds,accelerate inventory turnover of funds,enhance the inventory management level,promote the enterprise to reduce the cost,increasing economic benefits of enterprise.Using the ABC classification of inventory control effectively,is the focus of this article.This article analysis many Tesco supermarket inventory problems,improvement measures using ABC classification method,strengthen the study of the optimization of inventory control.
