(1）乙方負(fù)責(zé)通過雙方連接系統(tǒng)的方式向甲方發(fā)送預(yù)訂通知；
"Party B is responsible in sending to Party A the booking notices through their communication-linked system;"
(2）如果特定分銷商對(duì)甲方預(yù)訂系統(tǒng)發(fā)起惡意預(yù)訂,乙方負(fù)責(zé)在收到甲方提供的相關(guān)證據(jù)后,協(xié)助甲方對(duì)該分銷商采取及時(shí)、合理及適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧?br/>"In the event that any designated distributors is found to have made malicious bookings through the booking system to Party A,upon receiving evidence from Party A,Party B is responsible in assisting Party A to take timely,reasonable and necessary actions against those distributors; "
(3）因乙方系統(tǒng)問題導(dǎo)致客人不能順利入住甲方酒店的,乙方負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)與甲方聯(lián)系,協(xié)調(diào)甲方在條件許可時(shí)給予適當(dāng)安排；
"In the event that,due to the failure of Party B's system,the guests are unable to check successfully into Party A Hotel,Party B is responsible in immediately contacting and coordinating with Party A,so that alternative替代 & approriate適當(dāng) arrangement can be made where terms and conditions permit."
