In the life there are many people doing different job. Every job is important in the life, someone will change their career, what do you think the reasons might be for that? I guess because about their interest,they need get more and more money and most important reason is their family.
Frist, interest in the job, that is what someone likes about this job. I think a person who is interested in his job will be do it /. He can have a good mood every day, hecan also finish the work better. Evident interest can become a driving fore.
Secondly, they need / get more and more money. With the remarkable improvement of people’s living standard, they need more and more money in his life. We live with food and clothing line can not do without money in order to get more money , theymay choose a job for a better.
Final, I think most important is their family. Everyone has a family, some people in order to / family to change their job, they think family is most important., the job is second / important. I think this because they enjoy family time, Family members can bring them happiness. Money is not everything and money can not buy happiness.
To sum up, everyone has their reason to change their career. Maybe reason have interest ,money and family, but I think every work is important. Only / they love their work, I belive they will have a good life.
