2.3 Unless otherwise set forth in Article 4.0 hereof,the Contract Price,pricing for changes,and all other prices and rates set forth herein shall include,but shall not be limited to all taxes,duties,fees,and insurance.If any governmental rules or laws require the Owner to pay for any taxes,duties,fees and insurances for and on behalf of Contractor,all direct and indirect cost incurred by Owner to pay these taxes,duties,fees,and insurances shall be reimbursed by Contractor to Owner.
