3.Mr Jamil of Axxaco told me a short while ago that RMC must follow the procedure which Axxaco stipulated in the draft contract.According to Mr.Jamil this procedure is a pre-condition required by the Seller.Mr Charlie Cheng has to accept this procedure in order to close the deal.
If Mr Charlie Cheng accepts the said "procedure",the final Contract can definitely be out by tomorrow.Please let me know urgently by today.
