in the last year在過(guò)去的一年中 應(yīng)該是只用過(guò)去式 很明確的指出時(shí)間狀態(tài)是去年;有 the 但是表時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)時(shí),一般直接說(shuō)last year.
in the past few years是 在過(guò)去的幾年當(dāng)中,如果語(yǔ)境中發(fā)生的動(dòng)作能延續(xù)到現(xiàn)在,對(duì)現(xiàn)在有影響,是可以用完成時(shí)的.
