最近我在上IELTS（雅思）,課堂上有講到這個問題.口語上,這兩種說法都是接受的.但是在書面表達(dá)上,not only 加在is 后有些中式了.因此“she is famous not only in china,
but also in the whole world”會更好一些.都無語法錯誤.若接在is后，后一句要不要改成but also famous in the whole world與原句的后半部分是一樣的。總的來說，第一種是she is not only famousin china,but also in the whole world. 第二種是she is famous not only in china,but also in the whole world.
