Laws and regulations are never to be forgotten in the development of the information superhighway,although market forces will help keep the new technology affordable,we need laws to protect consumers when competetion fails and beacuse several companies will operate the superhighways,each must be required to interconnect with the others.
句話之間的符號(hào)都是逗號(hào),只有最后的是句號(hào).我能弄明白后面由fails and beacuse 中and 連接的前后兩個(gè)句子結(jié)構(gòu),但是前面.help keep the new technology affordable,we need laws .這兩句之間是如何連接的,實(shí)在是沒看懂,如果說although 是連接這兩個(gè)句子的連詞,那前面的兩句...information superhighway ,although ...又是靠誰連接的呢?
還有中間help keep 為什么能夠連用,我在字典中也沒有找到相關(guān)的信息,難道是某種省略么?
