I don't think saying nothing provides any benefits to negotiating. Rather, focusing on the issue itself is more important to figure out the conflicts, in a polite and patient way.

Well,I considered these two factors as the essential points because taxes and economic background do really influence a lot. However, they are not keys for running a new business successsfully.
