The basic quality of the receptionist is etiquette.Etiquette is not acquired by the forced training but the expression of culture,the natural character of being kind to others.The essence of culture is human caring:considerate,respectful,understaning,sence of proportion,detailed,decent,broad minded from the inner heart and so on,which make one fit the requirement of the social morality.The atmosphere of civilization is built everywhere.I was growing up in the cultural old city Chongwen District,Beijing,which is called The Most Desirable Place.It used to be the capital of five dynasties,various manners accumulated and combined here.It is said that the residents of Beijng have much manners and restricted by it from living to the death.Therefore,the inherent manners and code of conduct holding human relationships has become the moral regulations,infiltrates into the bottom of society.Native residents of Beijing are cultural citizens,inherit and promote the tradition social etiquette of Chinese culture,care the manner of dealing with people very much.
