After entering high school,obviously,our learning task increased.We should learn how to releax ourselves reasonable under the heavy workloads.I will put forward some way to relax as follow:
FIRST:We can watch TV for a while knowing about some national news after finished our homework.Through thisway increasing our knowledge.Of course, we also get the news from the Internet.But don't use the internet playing games.
SECOND: We can do sports relaxing ourselves.Sports not only benefit our health,but slao relax ourselves.
Comparingwith the two ways, I prefer to sleep relax myself.This way makes my body and soul relax together.I don't have to think to much when I sleep.
Of course,there have many other ways to relax,I just hope everyone can find one way to relax,so that Make our learning more efficient.
